Building Your Business

If you want solid business, you need to do more than just have a lot of sales.

Don’t get me wrong, companies that hold a lot of sales are going to get a certain amount of business, but the kind they get will be short lived and last only until the sale is over with. The more sale based your customers are the less business you’ll do during those period between sales. What you need to do is develop stronger ties with your customers.

The first thing to do is contact them for reasons other than just sales. There are all sorts of methods for maintaining good relationships with your customers that go beyond simple sales. Why not use color printing to send out some newsletters each month? Tell your customers about what kind of people you have working for you and what other events you have planned. Let them get to know you, form a stronger bond with you, and you’ll find you have customers who really want to shop with you.

Holding events outside of sales is another good way to developing a strong relationship with your customers. Host local events or organize other kinds of interesting activities. I’ve seen plenty of bookstores that have special reading events where people can bring in their children to have stories read to them.

Back during the craze for Pokemon Toys R Us regularly held tournaments specifically for Pokemon cards. By going beyond purely advertising upcoming sales they were able to develop a different kind of bond with their customers and create the strong image of a fun store to shop at.

You also want to be sure that your line of communication is two way. Don’t just send out a bunch of ads without any concern for what your customers think. Ask them for their thoughts and opinions on what kinds of events you should do or what kinds of sales they’d like to see the most.

Make them feel important to you. Make sure they know that their input is valuable, and they’ll feel closer to your company. I always like the feeling that a company is really trying to do its best to make me happy. They aren’t just concerned with how much money they can make from me.

If you own a larger store, how often do you go down and walk the sales floor? How often do you actually talk to customers face to face to ask them how they’re doing and what they’d like to see more of?

I like to talk to the person in charge to know that my opinions are going to be heard by the real decision maker. There’s no reason to hide away from the people who are allowing your business to exist by shopping with you.

Just remember that color printing can be used for more than telling people about the next sale. Get up close and personal with your customers and I think you’ll find you’ll develop a much stronger relationship with them that works out better for everyone involved.

Katie Marcus writes about color printing technologies for the marketing and advertising campaigns of businesses.

Finally Incredible Profits Without Any Effort When Starting A Home Based Business – Its The Biggest Lie

Are you looking to make more money online, seeking guaranteed success with the best online business opportunities? Welcome to life and business on the Internet. Get your credit card out, because there are a lot of opportunist, preying on you and others willing to pay for the false promise of getting something for nothing.

Most people have the misconception that joining a network marketing or direct sales online business can bring them incredible amounts of profits without any effort at all.

The truth is, while there is a lot of money to be made on the Internet with these business models, achieving network marketing success can be one of the toughest roads you will ever choose to take.

There are many challenges on this entrepreneurial journey. Many are related to convincing people that, the business opportunity and the underlying products and services being offered by the network marketing or direct sales company are legitimate and marketable.

It is important for the potential internet marketer to look into his "why", or purpose in joining the business. Also the new entrepreneur needs to have a strategy to meet this purpose. Having a road map to get you on your direct path to success is essential to achieve network marketing success.

1. Knowing your goals can set you in the right direction. Be sure to write down your goals and look at them every day or when you feel discouraged. It will give you the patience to persevere and do your best.

Clearly write out your goals and a business plan. Spell out the "Why" you would sacrifice even more of your valuable time and recourses to start this enterprise. Make this personal. But, don’t spend too much time and end up over analyzing this step. Review and modify weekly if need, as you see how your business develops. It usually takes a while to develop a true and detailed vision when focusing on the "Whys".

2. Ask yourself your purpose for being in the MLM business and what direction you want to take. This is similar to knowing your goals but it goes deeper than that because you also need to look into your personal reasons why you want to achieve success in this endeavor.

There has to be a big "WHY"! To be happy at work and at home. Sadly this condition is elusive, even in the greatest and most opportunity rich country in the world.

You can start a business or an income diversification opportunity, but it has to be for a bigger reason than just making money. You need a "Why" to thrive. An Internet based business can allow you to diversify your income and investments, and can potentially earn you more each month than your current annual income, regardless of how much you currently make.

3. Fulfilling your entrepreneurial calling and starting a home based business requires commitment. When you are new it will take a lot of time and hard work on your part. After you are successful in this though, using the best online business opportunities to make more money online will become easier, especially if you have developed a self-sufficient and hardworking team.

You MUST Say Yes To The Business (And In-come) Within Your Reach

QUOTE: "The torment of precautions often exceeds the dangers to be avoided. It is sometimes better to abandon one's self to destiny." - Napoleon Bonaparte

Have you ever felt on the verge of something big in your business, that the next level is just within your reach, and at the same time, wondering if you have what it takes to make it happen, if you can actually handle it? I've curiously observed this within the last couple of weeks in my two MasterMind groups I'm running and with the two private clients I still have.

I wondered, Why is everyone around me so afraid of the next level? Why don't they just reach out for it and make it happen? Well, it dawned on me that my clients are essentially holding up a mirror for ME too, as deep inside I've been feeling the same thing.

You see, things have been going great in this business, and yet, there's this nagging feeling within me that the next BIG level is about to show up. And at the same time, it seems I'm being asked by the Universe to really STEP UP my personal growth. "Healer, heal thyself". I'm seeing how, to teach others about this 'Marketing and Mindset' stuff on a GRAND scale, I must surrender even more to what's possible for me. You'd think this would be easy, but somehow, for both my clients AND for me, it's still a challenge.

Several experiences have come up recently where my "old" way of being showed up as no longer valid, especially not for a business that's about to grow dramatically. And normally, I take a no-excuses approach to clearing out that kind of stuff. But this time, the stuff is more lodged in than normal and I've been battling whether I am "willing" to do what it takes. I'm questioning my courage this time around.

And then a good friend sent me a copy of the movie "The Moses Code" this week, saying knowingly, "This is what you need, Fabienne". And within chapter 5 of the movie, I broke down and sobbed. Not from sadness, but for the humbling potential of what is possible for anyone, for my clients, and for me. The message of the movie for me was simple: We all have a destiny for greatness. And as "The Moses Code" says, it can be a little scary to tackle an idea so big. The calling for our next stage of evolution (and success) is always upon us. There is a journey that you are being asked to take, something very big.

But what's pointed out is that, instead of embracing the journey, we often say to ourselves, "Who am I to do this? I don't have what's required. I'm not enough for that." But the truth is, we must come to the realization that we all are being called to something great, in our businesses, in service to others, in our in-come and abundance, in that it doesn't need to be HARD WORK, and that it's OK that we are all not PRESENTLY the person able to deliver that destiny. The thing is, we grow into it as we say "YES" to the challenge. That's all it takes. Then, everything we need is then given to us.

Whether you use the word "God" in your everyday language or not, here's a quote that really moved me and got me to understand what's going on for many of us:

"God does not call the qualified, it qualifies the Called."

The important thing I realized is that the person who originally said YES to the call, is not the same person who will deliver that destiny. We're constantly evolving and unfolding based on our ability and willingness to say "Yes, I am willing to go on this journey". What I got clear on this week is that, when you say YES when called and challenged to reach the next level, the thing that called you qualifies you. You will then receive the resources, the skills, the guidance, the money -- everything shows up. You then change and grow into the person able to deliver the destiny. So cool.

The struggle is within the ego that steps in and tries to protect the comfort zone that we've been accustomed to. The "old" way of being. And for many, it's mediocrity, struggle and frustration. You'd think, why are we SO adamant about holding on to mediocrity or frustration, but if you think about it, if that's what you've been accustomed to for years and years, it's the only thing you know. And anything else involves change. And most people don't like change and they certainly don't like being outside of their comfort zone.

The thing is, to reach that next bigger level of greatness, you must be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and be willing to make the changes that seem to threaten your "safe" way of being, knowing that you are always safe anyway. There is no other way. In fact, if the change is not made, things may become even more difficult, more complicated, and more struggle shows up. Until finally your ego says "OK then, GO!, do what you have to do, I'm done."

The thing is, you DO have what it takes to bring your business to the next level. So, it's a question of COURAGE and the willingness to be without your old, frayed security blanket. And what I know from past experience is that the "fear of change and the unknown" is much greater than the actual discomfort of walking into the fear.

So, it's your choice: Greatness or Mediocrity. Which do you want in your life and in your business?

Your Assignment:

If you haven't yet watched the movie, "The Moses Code", I highly recommend you get a copy today (amazon.com has it). As you watch it, get clear on your potential to make a difference in other people's lives through your business. Understand that you have the ability and capacity to really take this "thing" you created to the next BIG level. But only if you say "yes" to the challenge. I know I will.

Avoid a Marketing Meltdown

I see it all to often. A business with a great product or service. They stretched all their marketing dollars "testing" multiple marketing venues and still no one knows about the product or service. They simply spread themselves too thin on the venues of marketing, and never made the commitment to using any them effectively. Instead of putting a focus on one or two venues of marketing, they focused on too many with too little.

How can you avoid falling in this trap?

1. KNOW YOUR TARGET, AND FOCUS YOUR EFFORTS - And be realistic about it. Yes, it would be great if everyone from a 12 year old kid to a 95 year grandfather had a use for your product or service, but chances are your target customers demographics are much more focused than that. If primarily Women 25-54 buy from you - market to them where they are. If its Men 18-24 focus your efforts where they are. Luckily Radio is a medium that can focus on almost any demographic and EFFECTIVELY reach them anywhere when using stations that target your demographic.

2. BUY REALISTICALLY - Almost any form of marketing will take time for you to see a turn around on your investment. Why? Because you have to gain peoples attention... multiple times, before they will take action. Spending the absolute least to "test" a form of marketing is not going to yield many results, or give you an accurate view of a medium that if invested in correctly could greatly benefit your business. If you can not afford to market on a specific medium - save your money until you are able to afford to realistically test it. The old saying is true here - "you have to spend money, to make money".

Simple rules that may be difficult to follow. We all want to spend the least amount possible to market our businesses. But the truth is, to see real results many times, a significant investment is needed to get adequate word out about your products or services. When done correctly - It will yield results many times over.

Back End Foundation: How A Fulfillment Company Operates

Simply put, the fulfillment industry is comprised of companies that provide services such as receiving, warehousing, repackaging and sending requested product, premium or literature to a client's consumers or sales force. Most companies also offer other services like database management, mail processing or telemarketing.

How many companies are in the industry? No one knows for sure. In fact, Tom Quinn, director of fulfillment services for Mailing & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), says it's getting muddier by the day.

"In addition to the unknown number of strictly fulfillment companies, we can now add a high percentage of the 33,000 printers in the country who have at least one fulfillment-type service," he says. "Add about 7,000 mailers who dabble in fulfillment, as well as some of the 3PLs (third-party logistics providers), and you're almost there. Even the catalog fulfillment providers are branching out."

While it may be an industry that's difficult to define, identifying the challenges faced by its increasing membership isn't. Today's biggest concern is very likely the same as it was years ago: maintaining profit margins while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

"We have many challenges, but most are minor compared to the three we've always had from our clients: adhere to their budgets, deliver the level of service they expect and meet their deadlines," says Chris Probst, vice president of sales for Aero Fulfillment Services. What's new is how we're meeting client demands while seeking efficient ways to ‘do more with less.’ Like others in our industry, we've invested millions in technology in the last five years. It hasn't been an easy transition — for us or our clients — but it has proven to be the right thing to do."

Technology has changed the fulfillment industry in two ways. First, for organizations able to afford the investment (millions of dollars for a medium to large company is not unusual), technology has allowed them to deliver previously unheard of levels of service and accuracy to clients along with valuable data.

However, fulfillment companies have quickly discovered the systems require more than money. In the case of Aero, it was a difficult adjustment. "We needed to transition from a culture of providing high-cost, customized solutions to one of delivering solutions dictated by the system," says John Gimpel, president of Aero.

"Some of our employees couldn't make the transition — they kept trying to circumvent the system. Some of our clients had difficulty adjusting as well," he says. "They loved the system's benefits — online, real-time access to their program's inventory and shipments, for example — but they still wanted the flexibility to go around the system. We've learned it was unrealistic to adhere 100% to the system and still meet our clients' needs. We know now how to leverage the technology to get the efficiencies, information and accuracy and still provide flexibility to the clients."

Secondly, technology has divided the fulfillment industry into two groups — the "haves" and the "have-nots." Certainly there is no guarantee the "haves" will prosper just because they have technology, but there is no doubt the "have-nots" face limited growth.

Fortune 500 companies won't consider a fulfillment provider without the technology to back up their accuracy, service and quality claims. It's a minimum RFP requirement, like having sufficient warehouse capacity, as the fulfillment industry's challenge of doing more with less intensifies.

John Gimpel is President of Aero Fulfillment, a fulfillment services and mail processing facility located in Mason, OH.

Work From Home As A Call Center Agent

With fuel prices soaring, more and more people are asking themselves the following question : "Are there any real work at home jobs that are not scams"? This stems from the fact that a simple internet search for "work from home" or "work at home" yields all sorts of results. Some of them are just flat out scams. Others, like affiliate marketing, multilevel marketing, and the such, are not made for everybody. And lastly, there's a fundamental difference to be made between a work at home opportunity and a work at home job. Examples like the aforementioned affiliate marketing or multilevel marketing are work at home opportunities. As such, they require some form of investment. Affiliate marketing business opportunities are typically free to join, but in order to be at least moderately successful at them, you will need to invest in tools, just like any other business. Multilevel Marketing requires a minimal fee to join, but also requires investment of both time and money in order to succeed. Work at home jobs are different. First of all, a work from home job doesn’t require that you invest money. When was the last time you had to pay to apply for jobs? Secondly (and this is just like the "normal" jobs), there’s a very thorough selection process, which results in an acceptance rate that can be as low as 3%. Clearly, you won’t be hired just by filling out an application. Thirdly, you will most likely have to undergo training before you can really make serious money, and that means that at the beginning your earnings will be modest. Truth is, there are real, scam-free ways to make money working from home, and one of the best ways to achieve that goal is through an at home call center job. If you’ve had to call any company’s customer service department, chances are that you have been re-routed to an overseas call center (most of the time in India). But due to the negative publicity garnered by this approach, and thanks to the Internet and better call-routing technology, more companies are outsourcing their order-taking, sales and problem-solving calls to home-based workers in North America. Companies like LiveOps, Working Solutions, Alpine Access, and Arise handle incoming calls through their home-based agents. Those agents handle incoming calls, such as inquiries from shoppers buying products, orders from infomercials, and travel and health care products and services. Companies who request those services include 1-800-Flowers, J. Crew, Office Depot, ExpressJet, the Internal Revenue Service, and so on. Another interesting option is JetBlue. Every single one of Jetblue's (roughly 800) reservation agents works from home. Those hundreds of home based workers are the reservations system. There is no backup. "If you call 1-800-JetBlue you're going to get someone in their home," said Jet Blue's CEO David Neeleman. You will generally be required to pay for a background check. Many of those companies provide services where sensitive client information is handled by their agents, and they are concerned about hiring anyone who has been involved in previous criminal activity. You will also be required to get a dedicated phone line; using your home phone will not be an option. Typically, you will have to provide your own equipment. Should you want join the work at home workforce, here are a couple of helpful suggestions: Carefully evaluate offers. Will you be paid on salary or on commission? How often? What equipment (hardware/software) will you have to provide? What support will you get from the company? Stay away from promises of overnight wealth or get rich quick claims from home. They will only enrich those who sell them. Do not send money except for your background check! Legitimate employers don't charge you to get started or for anything else. Don't send money for work at home directories or start-up kits. Free information and job listings are available online. Be flexible - consider freelance work or projects as well as full-time employment. At least it will get you started. When conducting work at home job searches on the Internet, be patient and be prepared to spend a lot of time weeding through scams and junk listings before getting to legitimate openings.

How to Understand the Colored Gemstone Business

How different is the business of colored gemstones than the other businesses Gemstone business embarked on a huge level now a days in all over the world. Majority of the people are inching toward the buying and selling of the beautiful and colorful gemstones. In this regard, most of the jewelers are selling both rhombus and colored gem stones. The business of gemstones gives us the impression of retail sale of tiny but precious minerals that are escalated in exclusive metals. On the other hand, the supply factor of the whole or retail sale of gem stones elucidates a different sort of situation before us where you would see that how much the businesses of colored gemstones are different and unique than the other businesses all around the world.

De Beers cartel

The business of colored gemstones is carried on by the De Beers cartel. The managerial process of the De Beers cartel is very strong and electrifying in the way that it has a complete control upon the diamond markets of the world by fulfilling the demands of the clients. In this regard, the price mechanism is controlled by the pubic understandings and desires for buying the diamonds.

What really is the truth about the colored gemstones business

It is the normal believe that the diamonds are rare and costly to buy which is absolutely wrong. If truth be told, the diamonds are plenteous and are as commoditized as grease, gold bars and pork bellies. Gemstones of analogous rank are put up for sale at the identical prices nearly far and wide in the world, and prices are kept far above the ground by calculating the supplies. This situation shows us that it is difficult to deal with a good quality gem stone from the consumer’s eyes. On the other hand, it makes it complicated to attain demarcation in the market and get a money-making selling model.

How colored gemstones are mined

The business of colored gemstone is entirely different than the other businesses all around the globe. Colored gemstones are more often than not mined by autonomous, small scale miners, working in the remote regions of the world, such as Pakistan, Burma, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Kenya, Afghanistan, Columbia and Bolivia. Mining is taken with the use of picks and shoves, and just hardly ever with grave equipments. Loose colored gemstones are reached at the market in different ways. Several amounts of loose gem stones are sold in the way by the small scale and independent miners.

Most famous trading center for colored gemstones

Chanthaburi is one of the most famous trade centers for the sales of colored gem stones in Thailand where millions of the people visit from different parts of the world to bargain on the colored gemstones.

Fluctuating trends in colored gemstones

The colored gemstones are usually cut by the small scale businessmen who make and shape the colorful and enchanting designs of the gem stones. However, the supply of the colored gemstones is surrounded by some sort of fluctuations, because it is occurred due to the supply and demand effect of the colored gemstones where prices of the gems often get higher and higher. For example, Spessartite Garnet is the most expensive gemstones in the world which is often banned for a few months and then not seen it all over again for many months in the world.

Difficult to buy colored gemstones at cheap price

Last but not the least is the price factor which has fluctuated the demands and supplies of the gemstones all around the world now a days and it is not easy now to buy the gems at cheap prices now.

Concluding remarks

In a nut shell, we can say that the businesses of colored gemstones are dominant nearly in all over the world. But it is the truth that the bargaining of colored gemstones is not very easy as you think, because majority of the colored gemstones are out of the expectations to buy, yet people tend to buy more and more colored gem stones for fulfilling their utilities and demands.

The Trouble with Info. Products...

Information Products - Beauty or Beast?

The problem with Information Products is…….we NEED them!

No matter what part of the globe you inhabit, everyone is clamouring for information about any one of thousands of subjects from how to rear slow worms to mating parakeets!

Searching for answers on Google is an everyday occurrence and we've all done it. So, is there more to this searching on Google? Does it tell the full story? Have you been satisfied with the outcome of these searches.

Information Products is where the money is, of that there is no doubt!

BUT WAIT ---- because my business is dealing in information products I came across a 14 page e-report which is turning the Information Product market on its head.

I've got to say that I haven't seen anything do commonsense inspired and down to earth for a long time. If I'd had access to this information when I first started I'd be writing this article from the deck of my own luxury yacht in the Caribbean.

Are you still struggling to find or create products which will produce real income. If so you've got two choices - carry on struggling or you could read this report.

Knowing what people want is rather like 20/20 vision, and I know this little e-report can be the answer to so many problems for tons of people. Particularly those who understand that creating information products can not only be boring, but time consuming and a great chore.

So many people just shy away from spending weeks researching and then writing something that may or not sell.

Jez Walters, the author of the report shows how he created a best-selling information product in LESS THAN AN HOUR! BUT - he didn't write it himself yet he owns sole rights to it so he can do with it what he pleases and keeps 100% of the profits. The concept is so very simple.

The author fully explains, with examples, how anyone can do this, and also shows other methods of making money which he uses and combined with the rest of the information is pure platinum.

The report discloses

" How the author thinks the 'gurus' create their products

" How they get other people to do the work for them (free)

" How to create in ONE HOUR a product that can bring in thousands of dollars

" How anyone can do the same

" Why the author likes pies

" Why public domain material doesn't even compare to this method

" How a totally inexhaustible supply of top notch information is available totally free

Best of all this e-report is totally free.

I was stunned by the sheer simplicity of how this is done.

Opportunities and Tips for Women Entrepreneurs

Women entrepreneurs are stretching their limit to manage their household and their business. They are sensitive to their needs and are willing to spend time looking for their business. Luckily, the world is generous to provide a lot of opportunities to women who would like to have their own business.

One of them is the home based business. Now, there are a lot of possibilities for you to choose. Do you love pets? Do you like to cook? Do you like to spend time with children?

Start your business in your house so that you can save the traveling and investment to start a brick and mortar business. Plus, you can keep an eye on your home while running your business. Earning the money you need while enjoying the comfort of your home. Isn't this an ideal business?

After you have decided what business you want to do, the next step is to promote your business.

If you decided to take up bakery as your business, you can sell your chocolate moist cake or cheese tart to your friends and family. Get their feedbacks and refine your baking techniques if necessary.

Then you can promote your business in the neighborhood; let the others know about your business. You can ask you friends and family to help spread the words, distribute flyers or have free tasting party at your home.

The next phase will be to promote your business online. Set up your website and let the world knows about your presence. Draw visitors to your website and tell them how they can benefit from your product or service. You can highlight that your customers can enjoy a delicious, chocolate rich moist cake and they can do so without the hassle of baking.

Then, show your visitors testimonials of satisfy customers. These are the proof of your excellent service and it can increase your credibility in your visitors' eyes. You can even create an affiliate program to get others to promote your business. You just offer commission to them and they will be more than happy to refer customers to you. It is a win-win situation.

Once you have pushed your business to that level, you can actually invest less while enjoying good income. This is because word of mouth is a very powerful advertising tool. Try to imagine this, if your colleague was looking for a birthday cake and you as a satisfied customer and affiliate marketer for CC bakery, who will you refer your colleague to? The answer is obvious. You just share your experience with others and refer them to the merchant and earn money when they buy. Isn't that easy?

Online Niche Marketing – 5 Simple Steps to Successful Niche Marketing

With the advent of the internet age, online niche marketing has slowly but surely become the call of the day.

For online niche marketing, targeting your online prospects takes a different set of skills which I strongly believe are easy to acquire.

A good example of online niche marketing which utilizes focused target segmentation is affiliate marketing. They seek out the smaller sub-segments of larger market, design a website to promote to this uniquely focused segment, or a loyal customer base.

Contrary to common views, affiliate marketers do a vast amount of online research to understand the needs and psychographics of their niche market, fully maximizing search engine tools to derive a viable niche market. This technique is then repeated across several other niche websites until a desired income level is achieved.

On- or Offline businesses may utilize the very effective (but takes patience to grow) tools of social networking sites like MySpace, Friendster or participate in related online forums. Set up your niche group and create a following. This is the latest medium even large ad agencies are leveraging on.

First things first, you need to check out the demand and supply of your proposed product or service. Do your research extensively, not limited to the following step. Go to search engines like Overture, Wordtracker, Google, Google Trends and others to check out the demand & supply of your niche.

Your objective is to search for keywords indicating great demand and less competition. Check out the demand using Overture or Wordtracker and the supply using Google.

Once you have found or created your product or service, online niche marketing on the web essentially includes the following:

• Set up a website to market your product.

• Use related keywords to expedite SEO Search Engine Optimization.

• Extend your marketing to related forums, blogs, article directory sites (here, you should go light on the sales pitch) to generate interest and link them to your site.

• Collect names via your auto-responder to build a database for cross-selling and staying in touch with your niche market.

• Repeat this cycle for new products and services

This simple yet proven approach is effective for your own licensed products but also for online niche marketing.

Essentially, building an online niche business is similar to growing any business be it on- or off- line. You, the entrepreneur, must have that "oomph!" spirit and that drive which keeps burning on. The only difference is in the tools that you leverage on.

What Will You Do Otherwise?

Network Marketing/Multi-Level Marketing has created more millionaires than any other industry in the world. It does not care if you have a college degree, it does not care what color you are, it does not care if you are male, female or other, it does not care how old you are or how young you are. If you are willing to do the work, put in the time and commit to the process, it will pay you, and in a lot of cases, pay your very well.

Network Marketing (MLM) is the most secure and effective way for the average person to become engaged in a process that can lead to their becoming a successful entrepreneur. The success rate for a Network Marketing (MLM) business is better that the success rate for the average traditional small business. The money can come faster and in larger amounts.

Again, this process does not require a college degree, or even a super smart individual, although both attributes will help you succeed faster. It does require a serious individual with a great desire and commitment to make a change in his or her life. This Network Marketing process will enable them to develop their people skills, their communication skills and their business skills to the point that they will make an ultimate change in their lives, financially, personally and emotionally. In addition it will enable them to earn some extra money, completely replace their current income or in many cases control their financial destiny. There is no salary cap or glass ceiling like in a traditional career or a small business where you can only work so many hours and therefore you can only earn so much money.

Network Marketing will indeed provide the greatest possibility of creating wealth. Think about it, would you rather have 100% of what you can make in a month or 10% of what 100 people make in a month? The answer is clear. Working as a team will generate much more money for you and free up more time for you to spend with your family and friends doing what you want to do. Best of all you will get paid even when you are not working. If you get sick or if you want to take a vacation, your time is not limited by the number of days you have. Your money will not stop like in a traditional small business.

We are living in a global economy now. Stop and think a moment, do you know someone who’s' job has been outsourced? With mergers and acquisition, the 40-40-40 plan just does not work any more. The plan where you work 40 hours a week for 40 years doing the same thing for the same company and then retire making 40% of what you made before your retirement, which if the truth be told, was not enough when you were working. As grim as that sounds, the 40-40-40 rule is no longer an option. People stay in a job for about 5 years not. Then they move on to another position or the company moves them on. Before the end of the decade, it is estimated the 67% of the people working will also be working a part-time job with no health benefits just to make ends meet.

Network Marketing, MLM is here to stay. Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have written a book. Robert Kiyosaki believes in the Network Marketing/MLM industry for the same reasons I just stated, so does Les Brown. Harvard University, along with other prestigious schools, is teaching Network Marketing/Multi-Level Marketing. It is an interactive way to distribute products and services and it is gaining more and more popularity and acceptance everyday.

The average person today who works will have to eventually work 3 full time jobs just to earn one paycheck. Currently most workers already work two positions to earn one check. Network Marketing is a way to earn more money while gaining more time to spend doing the things you enjoy the most with the people you enjoy the most. Life is too short to do other wise.

You Earn More Money with Google Adsense?

You want to make money online so you set up a site and add a few affiliate links in it. But wait, you also read online that almost everyone who has a website are having google adsense ads on it. It sounds so good because when ever someone clicks on the ads, you get paid for it. Now, how easy is that for earning money online.

So you sign up with Google adsense and then you place the code that they give you and hope to make some excellent money.

So what are the google adsense success secrets that other successful webmasters use to make some great money with their website?

Placing the google adsense ad in the right spot of the page is crucial to how much money you will make. It is very important that you place the ad above the fold (at the top of the page) on your website in order to get the most clicks. It is called a high click through rate.

What this means is that you will want to place the ad high enough on the page so that your visitors do not have to scroll down to see the google ad.

By placing the google adsense ad above the fold, there is a greater chance that people will click on the ad. The reason for this is because the majority of your visitors will not scroll down the page and look at it. A lot of the time, people look over the top part of the page without worrying about scrolling down. If you place the ad higher, you have a better chance to get clicks from your visitors.

The way you blend the ad with the rest of your page can determine if the ad is visually appealing or not. It is very important to make the google adsense ads look like your site and not another ad. You can do this by making the font and color of the ad's text similar to the rest of the page. I also recommend that you blend the background of the ad with the background of your page. It should basically have the same color.

Google gives you the option to go into your account and customize your ads in different fonts and colors. This will help you blend the ad to your site. Make sure that you don't use the banner ads on your site because this will decrease your click through rate.

Placing banners and picture ads on your site may seem more appealing and much more professional, but this will make people avoid those ads and look for something else on your site or worse, they may leave and never come back.

Doing the above recommendation can make the difference between success and failure with google adsense. If you sit down and do all of these suggestions that are listed above and generate a good amount of traffic to your website, having success with google adsense should not be and will not be a big problem for you. Social Security Benefits Lawyers: Dispelling the Myth about the Disability System

The minimal information concerning the approval of disability benefit applications has caused confusion and erroneous belief about the entire process of eligibility. This is the reason why people have second thoughts in filing a claim even if they have the qualifications.

Let us take a look at some misconceptions concerning the process of disability benefit application.

1. The Social Security Administration (SSA) automatically rejects first-time applicants. In reality, there are no guidelines or measures in place that can control the process of granting SSA benefits in a manner that would ensure outright denial of first-time applications. While it is true that 60 to 70 percent of disability applications get rejected, this is due to the ignorance of claimants to discover ways on how they can improve their chances of getting a successful claim. Likewise, applicants make the mistake of filling up a fresh application form after having their claims rejected rather than making an appeal.

2. The SSA rejects most disability claims most of the time in order to save the money of the government. This misconception is absolutely false. Disability administrators have certain procedures which have something to do with controlling the quality of approved and disapproved claims to ensure that the decisions will not be altered right away until the resolved claims have been evaluated for final approval.

Most of the time, the disability examiners will not give in to requests to pass the claim since they are allaying fears that cases which come back for revisions may have an impact on the way they perform their jobs. Thus, quality control has a role in the volume of rejected cases. It is not advisable to believe that the government exerts an effort to save cash by denying appropriate cases.

3. Applicants should first meet the age requirement in order to avail of disability claims. There is no general policy that sets forth an age restriction for which an applicant may be qualified to avail and get approved for disability benefits. However, older applicants are in a much better position to have their SSD applications approved. In general, the claim for disability is determined by the strength of the medical records they present to back up their application. Another factor that determines claim approval is ability of the applicant to resume their previous work or to be engaged in some kind of work.

When filing for a SSD benefit, the applicant’s doctor should prove that their patient is indeed disabled based on clinical and laboratory results. The sad thing about this is that conditions that lead to disability are sometimes hard to diagnose through objective testing. So your legal representation should make sure that your medical records are properly reported.

For someone who is not well-versed with the entire legal system, understanding its complexities can be a daunting task. But for those who are keen on making a claim and wants to be certain about the proper application procedure, their best chance of getting approved is by soliciting the help of social security benefits lawyers.

Billboards Aren't Always Stationary

Small business owners often feel they are at a disadvantage when it comes to advertising and marketing. Just the size of the budget makes one realize that they are not on the same playing field as the big corporations.

Therefore, many entrepreneurs believe that some of the advertising methods used by large companies are completely out of reach for the small business owner. Not so! Small businesses do not usually need national ad campaigns. Often, they are so regional (even to a neighborhood), that many techniques used by large corporations can be utilized by small business – just with less or smaller reach, method or media.

Billboards come to mind immediately because they are very expensive. But before you rule out the thought of having your own billboard advertising campaign, think outside the huge 14’ x 48’ box!

How about a moving billboard? There are now scrolling and mobile billboards. Trucks drive around town in your predetermined targeted area, with a small billboard-like sign on the back. This is a pretty clever way to advertise, and a fraction of the cost of a stationary monster billboard.

Another billboard type of advertising is your own vehicle. There are options from the magnetic sign you can slap on the side of your car to a full-color wrap that completely encases the vehicle. Choose the right one for you. The small magnetic sign can signify "I do a bunch of things, and today I am dong "X", so be cautious that this image could misrepresent you. Depending on your product, this $15 magnet could be completely acceptable!

For permanent, but easy to remove signage, vinyl letters and logos can be placed on your car, van or truck. These say "I’m here and steady" because they are professionally applied. They can be in white or a variety of colors, but matching your logo, if a unique color, will probably be difficult. Then there are the ever-increasingly popular vehicle wraps. Full color, you can have a simple logo and wording to a variety of photos that help show your target market what your product or service can provide for them. These wraps can cover be placed just on a window, or cover the entire vehicle. There is also a special material for windows that allows you to see out, but people can’t see in. This is great if you carry a lot of product in your car. Obviously, there are a wide range of choices to meet your needs and your budget, each giving you traveling advertising. Your billboard, your vehicle, your choice.

Logo clothing can also be considered a "walking, talking billboard". The options are endless! When using embroidery, the variety of thread colors can provide a perfect – or almost perfect – match of any logo color. Your company name and/or logo can be placed on hats, shirts, jackets, sweaters – you name it and your image can be sewn on it. Digital imaging and modern equipment has allowed even the smallest company to have high-quality embroidered clothing.

Alternatives to embroidery are screen printing and other imprinting techniques. These formats are often used for mass production or when a logo is very detailed and impossible to sew, contains a lot of detail or includes a number of words that might make embroidery less than cost-effective. The next time you’re at the mall or a grocery store, notice how many people are wearing clothing advertising beer, soft drinks, sporting equipment…why not wear something that will promote your own company?

For the big-budget companies, the target market drives by the billboard. For the small business owner, the billboards (you) drive or walk by your target market. Either way, your message is delivered.

How To Choose A Trustee For Your Living Trust

Your living trust is much more than just a will that says which heirs get what percentage or which specific items that you leave behind should go to whom. A living trust details how and when heirs are to receive their inheritance, who is to take over any businesses in question, and many crucial issues of your estate. A living trust is very specific in how an estate is to be dealt with. Therefore, the choice of a trustee for your living trust is a very important decision in your estate planning process.

Living Trusts: Choosing a Trusted Friend

When choosing a person to be the trustee of your living will, you need to answer on question:

Who could step into my place and confidently act as I would in carrying out my wishes?

It is vitally important to choose someone that you have full faith and confidence in. You should feel at ease that he or she would carry out your requests as they are written in your estate planning documents. Some typical choices include a close family friend, close family member, child, or trusted nephew or niece.

While you may feel completely secure in trusting this huge responsibility for carrying out your wishes to a family member, there are several situations when that is not wise or possible. In that case, your estate planning wishes can be addressed by a trusted outsider.

Living Trusts: Choosing an Outside Trustee

If you do not have a close friend or relative that you feel comfortable leaving this job to, or if by selecting one of the heirs will cause conflict, then there are other options. You can hire an outside trustee like your bank, a trust company, your lawyer, or an expert estate planning attorney.

These professionals are well versed in what it requires to be a trustee and can often work more expediently and effectively, which saves the heirs money and time. While there are many benefits to not having a family member involved as the trustee of your living trust, there are also some drawbacks to using a bank or trust company as your trustee. For instance, you may find higher fees, and a minimal estate value of around $700,000.

No matter whom you choose, you want to be sure that you have full confidence in them to do exactly as you want, no matter what other people say. There may be heirs who are unhappy with the terms and conditions of the living trust and will try to sway your representative to do as they want. Knowing that you have a strong, trustworthy individual protecting your wishes will provide peace of mind.

Using the Web to Promote Your Business

To blog or not to blog, that is the NEW question for advertisers.

We hear a lot about internet-based marketing opportunities. It sounds trendy to talk about blogging and social media. But will it really affect your businesses? Is Web 2.0 something business owners should use to help promote their business?

I can't tell you if the www is right for your business but I can tell you it's something to be aware of. Ignoring it means ignoring a tool that could be valuable in helping you get more customers.

As you consider advertising opportunities via the web here are some things to think about.

1. Understand the web’s reach. Here’s the current ranking of the top media contenders. Television continues to deliver the highest percentage of adults as a single medium. Broadcast TV alone will reach 90% or more of the total adult (18+) population. Radio comes in at #2 and the WWW is currently in the #3 position. Also, remember that e-mail remains the number one reason why people are on-line.

2. Make sure your target audience is online. Just like you research other media opportunities and find out if your prospects are watching / listening / reading what is being presented, do some research to see if your target is on-line.

The internet and various Web 2.0 tools are useless if the people who see your stuff don't want what you offer. If they don't look to the Web for information to help them buy what you sell, then your efforts will be less effective. Like any marketing channel, it only works if your prospective customers are there to see (or hear) your message and they are receptive to it.

3. Develop a plan. Be clear about what you're trying to accomplish, how much you're willing to invest and what time frame you are working on. Like any aspect of your business - plan ahead.

4. Create good content. Just like your traditional ads, delivering messages that are relevant and reach your prospects heart are needed when employing on-line campaigns.

We’ve all seen sites that have hundreds of pages and useless content. If you want your prospect to leave your site, just load it up with lots of pages and information they don’t really care about.

Web 2.0 is the social web but it's still content-driven. Lousy content leads to lousy marketing, no matter how flashy it is. Make your content relevant, interesting and real. Put yourself in your customer's shoes and answer their questions with your content.

5. Make your site easy to navigate. Nothing will frustrate your visitors more than having to jump all over your site in an attempt to find what they want. Simple fact – they won’t do it. They’ll just go somewhere else.

6. SEO and PPC. Two of the biggest buzz-words & tactics you’ll encounter are Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click advertising. The library of congress is afraid to guess how many books have been published on these topics.

Today’s Savvy Global Resorts Network Business Owner Outsources Services of The Global Sales Center

Farmer is always the first to have something good to say about others and other systems. You’ll never hear anything out of his mouth that puts any other system or tool for Global Resorts Network in a negative light. He does however, passionately share his feelings about what his company offers and believes that the Global Sales Center is on top when it comes to providing services. Here’s why.

The Global Sales Center is a full customer service company with a time staff to assist the Global Resorts Network home based business owner with several aspects of their business. They answer the phones from prospects calling off ads, do business presentations, handle objections, answer questions, continue calendaring and follow up with prospects, closing the sale, run the credit cards, walk the new business owner through the enrollment and processing stage and are then ready to be turned over to the sponsor for direction and training. They even host a back office with over 120 ways to advertise and will be doing live training shortly.

As a business owner, you want to be working on your business, not in your business. Gone are the days when the home business owner has to be a one-man band. The savvy owner now has a full time staff to assist in the running and growth of their business. More amazingly, one can have this corporate style staff for a small one time enrollment fee and then ongoing charges of just $49.95 a month. When a sale is made, there are no additional fees or commissions that are due. The business owner keeps 100% of all income. That’s just unheard of. The Global Sales Center makes their money upfront when someone joins the center.

The majority of home business owners don’t want to be salesmen. They don’t want to call leads. They don’t want to chase people down. They don’t want to take calls from whiners and complainers. Now they don’t have to.

With the Global Sales Center model, the home business owner simply needs to get the phones ringing. They do that by placing ads. It doesn’t matter what advertising the business owner chooses, there’s tons of options such as classified and magazine ads, direct mailings, yard signs, flyers, pay-per-click, banner ads, online-offline, whatever.

The Global Sales Center is established with experienced salesmen to take calls every day, answer those phones, and take the prospect to a decision. They exist to the professional sales force behind every GRN member’s business and the business owner is freed up to enjoy their family, friends and truly experiencing the time freedom they hoped for when they dreamed about a home business.

Project

First of all a question arises, what do you mean by a project? The word project comes out from the Latin word projectum from projicere, "to hold something ahead", which refers something that introduces the action of the next part of the word in time. The word "project" thus really originally stood for "something that arrives before anything additional is done". When the word was at first adopted, it looked up to a plan of something, not to the act of really bearing this plan out. Something executed in accordance with a project was called an object. This use of "project" was modified in the 1950s when a lot of methods for the project management were introduced. With this new coming the word somewhat changed meaning to cover both the projects and objects. However, in some projects there may even exist so called objects and the object leaders. Project is actually a cautiously planned and organized attempt which is set to achieve a special project in a one time deal. Building construction, planting businesses or implementing the new computer systems are some of the basic projects that call for suitable project management. Project management includes the developing of the designated project plan. This may appear simple yet it affects planning and organizing all the required details for the successful execution of the project. Online Project Management schools offer the perfect solution for many students who wish to study about project management. Online classes make it easy for potential students to log in and learn at their own comfort station. Students of the online Project Management studies are often capable to interact with faculty and the classmates. Project Management degrees are for those who wish to perform the duty of directing projects, who require to ensure a project follows the projected agendas, and who enjoy clearing problems. Project Management wants reliability, loyalty, and responsibility, as well as the capability to work with changed groups of people to base effective assignment. The process of a project commonly includes specifying the goals of the project, setting the objectives of the project, assigning the tasks to achieve the project goal very easily, budget, time and the completion dates. Furthermore, proper project includes applying the project plan to ensure that each step is being followed the right way. A project can be of a lot of things. Generally a projects includes engineering or the manufacturing of a product, but they do not all of the time have to. A project is the way by which you will accomplish a result. In other words, we can say that a project is a job or a task and at the completion time it is the result.

A Guide to Getting Your Artwork Imprinted Right

After choosing the promotional product that is right for your market and your budget, you now move on to the technical side of things. Promotional Advice is here to help you sort out the imprinting methods that you can use for your products. Items sold on distributor sites like Branders.com often list the manufacturer's recommended imprint methods. It is highly advisable that you follow these recommendations.

Some methods might not work for the specific product you've chosen. For instance, engraving is not applicable to apparel and other soft-surface products. The engraving machines won't be able to hold the product in place for the cutting process.

The next detail you have to attend to is ensuring your artwork is rendered as close to the original as possible. This process begins with preparing the image with a professional graphics software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or CorelDraw.

Here are some other things you should consider: Vector vs. Raster

In the world of digital graphics, there are two general types of files: vector and raster files. Raster graphics, which are built on a grid of pixels, often become jagged when resized. As the vector format offers better scalability, they are often preferred by promo product vendors. JPEG and GIF are examples of raster files, while EPS is a type of vector. Color information

The imprinting company also needs to know the correct color information. There are three basic color types that you need to have a firm grasp of. RGB, which stands for Red, Green and Blue, is the color space used for computers (monitors) and televisions. CMYK, stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black, the color gamut that is more appropriate for the print process. Spot colors, also called pantone, are a special mix of colors outside of the CMYK range. Spot colors are usually used in logos and can have special characteristics (like day-glow or metallic sheen).

Size and resolution

Resolution is dictated by the number of dots per inch (dpi). While web-based graphics will look just fine on as low as 72dpi, the same is not true for imprinting. High resolution images, usually 300dpi and above, offer smooth, clean lines resulting in crisp images.

Work with a promotional products company that makes this process as easy for you as possible. Branders.com is one example of such. It offers you flexibility in file format types with s

What You May Not Know About SPAM

I'm not going to talk about how to GET RID OF SPAM in your inbox; I'm not going to talk about SPAM, the food (if you can call it that?). I'm talking about accusing others of SPAMMING.

You know I advocate doing your own ezine almost 100% of the time. And for the most part, this is a great part of your marketing. Of course we are becoming bombarded with more and more ezines, newsletters and articles and such every day in our inboxes.

Some of you (or not you, but other people...) may be just getting tired of it all right?

Well, nowadays, every actual ezine or newsletter you receive SHOULD HAVE an unsubscribe link somewhere in the body of the email to make it really easy for you to not get it anymore. If they don't, they need to (see www.spamlaws.com).

I'm not referring to regular emails people will send you to follow up from meeting you or sending you quick one-time info though, this does not fall into the same category as an ezine. As a weekly ezine author myself, I would appreciate it if you no longer want to receive my ezines (chock full of great marketing content or not) if you simply UNSUBSCRIBE from it instead of REPORTING ME AS SPAM.

Did you know that each time you dump or move someone's email from your inbox to your 'spam box' that YOU'VE JUST REPORTED THEM AS A SPAMMER?

Now, that's just not very nice is it? How hard is it to simply unsubscribe really? I mean, the sender probably did meet you out somewhere and thought you'd honestly want to receive their info. Either way, we are all just trying to do business, not to get you angry. Therefore, can't you just be nice and simply unsubscribe and NOT REPORT THEM?

Reporting them as spam actually hurts a business and I'm sure if you knew you were 'hurting' them online, you would not do it, right?

That's all I wanted to say. I've been 'reported' a few times since I started my ezines almost 4 years ago, not a lot, but enough to take offense. Especially since I specifically ask everyone I meet if they want my ezine with free marketing tips and networking calendar and they always say yes. If I don't talk about it to them when I'm out, then I send them a follow up email suggesting they sign up. It's not my fault if they DON'T REMEMBER???

I'm one of the honest ones of course and there are some that aren't but for all of those dishonest people or people who may have gotten your email through another source - KARMA WILL GET THEM!

Thanks for listening and please be respectful of others and you will earn respect from them in return.

Discover How to Increase Your Success Rate in Network Marketing with These Easy Strategies

One of the most over looked areas of being successful in network marketing is cultivating and developing relationships to expand your circle of prospective business associates. Relationship marketing is the process of attracting, maintaining, and enhancing relationships.

The Golden Rule of Business tells us "All things being equal, people will do business with people they know and like." Networking is a process to get more people to know you and presumably like you. Effective and successful networking begins with building relationships. Creating trusted and lasting relationships is a very powerful way to achieve success in our personal and business life. Dale Carnegie had some very basic principles to follow; Begin a relationship in a friendly way, show a sincere and genuine interest in the other person, and be a good listener.

According to Bob Burg author of "The Success Formula" He offers some great approaches as you meet people. Make sure the other person enjoys the conversation; talk about them! Find out how they got started in their line of work. It is a chance for them to tell you their story, and for you to learn a lot. Help them reveal what gives them the greatest satisfaction from their work. Talking about it helps them re-discover the real rewards of their job. Most people just want to know that you genuinely care about them. It has to come from your heart. You cannot have an ulterior motive that would be benefiting you. It only makes sense that if you are truly interested in others then they will be interested in you.

In the early 1990s the concept of relationship marketing was formally introduced into the field of service marketing. As the concept of relationship marketing has emerged there has been a shift from transaction marketing, which is focusing on getting a single sale and little emphasis on the customer, to relationship marketing which is concentrating on customer retention and a high customer service emphasis. The key to this retention is to offer value in the service that we provide. This will result in a high customer commitment.

There is so much that the public is bombarded with on a daily basis. In order for you to be a successful home based business owner you are going to have to stand out. The best way to do that is to build a relationship with the prospect whether it is for joining you in your business or purchasing your product. Your aim is to create a strong, lasting relationship.

For your network marketing success you need to understand some basics about human beings. Remember, network marketing is not a sales business; as we said earlier it is relationship marketing.

There is another strategy that can be implemented for successfully attaining these relationships. That would be to recognize the four known personality types and effectively relate to them. To do this you have to be aware that everyone does not speak the same "language" per say. If you ask sincere questions about them it will help define which group the person belongs to, and in turn you will have a greater chance of getting your message across and connecting with that person. Make sure that your communication has a reasonably equal amount of the following:

Facts and figures to appeal to the Analytical and Pragmatic

Enthusiasm and excitement to appeal to the Extrovert

Testimonials to appeal to the Amiable

The key here is to be able to recognize the different types of personalities but not lose who you are in the process of relating to them. Be sensitive to the differences in everyone but stay true to who you are. The result will be sure success in building long lasting relationships.

Online business is a whole different ballgame to traditional ‘offline’ trading, despite the fact that the two share some basic similarities. There are a whole different set of attitudes, a completely different ethos, and in general an utterly distinct way of doing business on the Internet as compared to what many small business owners will be familiar with. Largely this can be categorised as a different approach to marketing, customer service and delivery on client requirements, and it is one way of doing business that all offline business owners can learn from in order to improve their business.

A major distinction between Internet business and traditional business is the way in which customers are handled. Communication online is by virtue instantaneous, which means customer service issues are often dealt with in the blink of an eye. In traditional business, customer concerns are often put to the back of our minds, and allowed to rest in favour of more important concerns. Unfortunately, this is often disastrous in terms of customer relations, and can put a dampener on what would otherwise be a long lasting business relationship. Take a leaf out of the online marketer’s book and deal with complaints as and when they arise. The sooner you resolve disputes or complaints about your business, the better the relationship you’ll maintain with your customer. Especially for small business owners, this can be a vital lesson should you look to grow and nurture your business.

Another lesson learned from online business that can be transferred into the offline world lies in delivering value. Business owners online are quick to provide their customers with exceptional value and service in a bid to surpass the competition and make a name for themselves in what is essentially the world’s most competitive marketplace. Offline, it’s often all to easy to get wrapped up in the day to day operations side of business, to the neglect of customer relations and quality. By learning this vital lesson from Internet business owners, you can create a more customer-orientated business, which will help nurture long lasting relationships with your clientele.

Likewise business owners on the Internet constantly benchmark and review their models in line with competitors. This in turn helps them to achieve a competitive edge where possible over other providers in the market, and at any rate allows them to understand every step of the way what competitors are up to. This is a good attitude to instill in all business owners, either online or offline, and breeds a better understanding of the market which ultimately affords constant improvement and refinement in the way you do business. All in all, this has the potential to help you create a better business for more long term success.

Doing business on the Internet is different to doing business in any other way. While the fundamentals are the same, there are nevertheless a number of different approaches to business on the Internet which add to customer service, marketing and operations to make for a more rounded, better business.

Guide to Wholesale MP3 Players From China

Nowadys, more and more people are doing business with China wholesaler. A fast growing business opportunity on the Internet is wholesaling MP3 players from China. MP3 players purchased directly from China wholesalers typically cost up to 40 percent lower than average wholesale prices. This leaves plenty of room for profit when reselling products to your customers. Below are 7 steps about how to wholesale mp3 players from China.

Step 1 Locate one or more suppliers of MP3 players in China. Research the companies you are considering doing with business with to make sure they are legitimate wholesalers. If you are sourcing from overseas, you may not have the luxury to converse face-to-face with your suppliers. The only handles you have are their track record. You may check out their business practices at Better Business Bureau if they are located in US. If not, find out which are the national or government agencies that govern business registrations and licensing. Drop a note to find out if there have been complaints lodged against them. Of course, there are other avenues to find out more such as work-at-home or auction forums. These are great places to educate oneself on the reseller business and be alerted to scams.

Step 2 After you have decided your wholesaler, find a web hosting site to set up a website for reselling your MP3 players. You will need to decide if you want a designated or shared serving hosting company. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Shared servers are considerably less expensive and may prove to be adequate for small business. Dedicated servers are more expensive but may be necessary for large business.

Step 3 Sign up for a PayPal merchant account which will allow you to process customer orders using credit cards.

Step 4 Establish a shipping agreement with one or more shipping companies for ground, air and ocean shipping options.

Step 5 Decide on warranty and return policies for your customers and make sure these are accessible on your webpage.

Step 6 Advertise your MP3 site on the internet. A good, inexpensive way to do this is by approaching owners of other sites that compliment yours and requesting to do a banner exchange program with them. This will allow you to advertise your site on their site in exchange for them advertising on yours.

Step 7 Register with the internet search engines to help bring traffic to your site.
